New Years Resolution – longevity !

I must admit, 2008 is going to be a lot of fun if I can stick to Mark Stibich’s (PhD) top 10 ways to live longer. I will aspire to all ten but look forward to dedicating extra effort for some of the others :-)

  1. Drink Red Wine
  2. Eat Dark Chocolate
  3. Smile
  4. Have More Sex
  5. Relax
  6. Make Exercise Play
  7. Sleep
  8. Spend Time With Loved Ones
  9. Solve Puzzles and Play Brain Games
  10. Be Positive

Care to join me in a New Year’s Resolution ? :-)

A few years ago, ironically on the eve of Lotusphere, I had a huge project due and two presentations for the conference and I’m a big advocate for serious (aka real world) demos so I found myself working long hours and a few all nighters. I started drinking a poor man’s mocha. Continue reading ‘Morning Java (in Concentrate)’ »
