Staying safe in an unsafe world

It must be instinct (rather than good parenting) that makes animals sty to go unnoticed when there is danger. (I guess it’s an instinct that is not help by humans).

This morning, Zen walked right past the smallest of rabbits. Even when I crouched to take a closer look, the tiny rabbit just tried to somehow become even smaller.

This little rabbit is about the size of a squash ball. Had I not noticed, he may have had more in common with *that* ball than just size. Fortunately, we were both lucky.
