A perfect Memorial Day on the “vitual” farm

I could not have predicted the near perfect weather that graced the Easter Shore and the Chesapeake Bay. Some family came to visit me as was the case for a lot of people here on the shore. I did have some “work” to do in between the rays of sun, warm breezes, the tide’s ebb and flow, and birds all around.

I owe the interior sketches of the farm project to Beauchamp Construction. I’ve already signed off on the exterior and they have already ordered the building for me. The current “hope” is that the site will be ready and the building will arrive sometime mid/late August.

In the mean time, I need bids for the interior and estimates or quotes on the services in order to satisfy the bank.

So this weekend was interrupted by some “junior civil engineering”. Once I get the drawings to the contractor and get draft plans back, I’ll post the next update. In the meantime, here is the building …
