We found a hotel in Ashtabula, Ohio. We'll finish up the drive Sunday. Having 400 miles behind us should make Sunday easier and we'll get back to New Hampshire at a sane hour. I once did the route by going through Ontario, Canada....just for a change of scenery, but it did earn me some extra hassle from the immigration people on both sides of the line. I got to see Niagara Falls though! Are you driving straight through, or stopping overnight either way? I stopped in Erie, PA my last drive from Boston to Chicago (admittedly, now seven years ago) but was really happy to find that Big Boy restaurants still exist in that part of the country. :-) I’ve done the drive a few different ways… and I think the route it’s giving you looks (at least on the surface) to be right to me.
