I signed with Caldwell Banker to list my house in Amesbury for $______
I have no plan for what if my house does sell. Then again, I’m of the mind that it’s the other side of the coin that says “if you buy a snowblower, it will surely not snow all winter”. I’m hoping (grin)
The unusually mild weather is helping the real estate market. But we know the weather is bound to change. I’m told the odds are better the longer the grass remains visible.
